Introduction to Meditation

Many People give up too quickly, this is a shame. Anything that is worth doing is always worth the energy we must spend to obtain it.

The benefits of Meditation out weigh the cost by more than we could ever know if we are not willing to put in the effort. 

Some of the most important elements of Meditation is Patience and Kindness. 

Patience with yourself, and Kindness to yourself.

This class is designed to take the pressure out of meditation and to help renew our ability to find peace and stillness. Meditation is innate, for most of us it is dormant inside of us waiting to be awakened.
