Introduction to Yoga

These classes are designed with the ultimate beginner in mind. With lots of support both emotionally, and physically. It is a space designed to foster growth and understanding of not only how to manipulate your body to bend and fold, but to do so at the speed and pace that is best for you. With three levels of intensity and flow, we have everything for the most inexperienced Yogi to begin to reap the benefits of a consistent practice.

Based on the Sivananda 12 point posture Yoga Practice, join us for a gentle and practice that can evolve into a what ever practice you need for your unique  beautiful body.

Yoga I

Lots of Bolsters, pillows, straps, chairs, slow pace, stopping for questions, laughter, encouragement, and mistakes. This is the place to figure it out without judgment.

Yoga II

Slow pace, less interruptions, more time to get into positions, more quiet, more focus. more effort, lots of support, smiles and control.

Yoga III

Flow, no stopping, more meditative, more focus, More inner strength
